Cosmo is certainly no brain surgeon--but he is FUNNY. When he waves his magic wand to help Timmy, he frequently causes mayhem.
Wanda is no genius either, but she's a whiz with a wand. She usually knows when to get serious and put things right for Timmy.
Timmy is frequently pitted against his very mean teenage babysitter, Vicky. The only thing Vicky enjoys more than watching TV is making things tough on Timmy. Fortunately, Timmy's Odd Parents will wave their wands to help make things better.
A.J. is Timmy's genius friend. He's going to invent something like a pocket teleporter, but he just hasn't gotten around to it yet.
Chester is Timmy's other friend--he's streetwise and always has an excuse, scam or plan to deal with whatever situation has arisen.
